What to Include
To help us assist you quickly, please include the following in your email:
- The specific tool you are referring to (e.g., "BMI Calculator")
- A clear description of your question or the issue you encountered
- The device, browser, and operating system you are using
- Any error messages you received (screenshots helpful but not required)
- What you expected to happen versus what actually happened
Response Time
We respond to all legitimate inquiries within 48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If you do not receive a response within that timeframe, please check your spam folder and then resend your message.
Feedback and Suggestions
We are constantly working to improve Mshiu and add new tools based on user needs. If you have an idea for a tool that would be useful, please let us know. While we cannot implement every suggestion, we read every message and prioritize the most-requested features.
